The 4th Annual Global TV Demand Awards recognize the world’s most in-demand shows within 20 categories. This year, eligibility has changed to only consider TV series that have released new episodes in 2021.
Most In-Demand Revolutionary Series in the World 2021
Finalists displayed in alphabetical order (As of November 5, 2021) This category includes series that are based on an original idea and excludes content based on existing IP. Only new series are eligible. Data based on first 30 days post-premiere.
Most Exceptional Streaming Platform in the World 2021
Finalists displayed in alphabetical order (As of November 5, 2021) This category considers OTT platforms with the highest percentage of original series falling within the top 50 most in-demand digital originals in 2021
The Global TV Demand Awards are the world’s first unbiased, data-driven TV awards event. The winning series are determined by audience demand around the world; there are no judges and no voting committees. Instead, winners are determined using Parrot Analytics’ global audience demand measurement system, a proprietary methodology that measures how much a TV series resonates with people in 200+ markets around the world, across all platforms.
